Phase C API endpoints (planned — not deployed)
These routes appear in PRD v2.0 and the parked closed-beta partner runbook. They return 404 in Phase A (pre-license).

Execution: IBKR Client Portal API or structured-wrapper venue (see master plan).
Do not document these in Postman as callable until Phase C ships.
